You agree to our house rules — nothing intimidating, just a few thoughtful guidelines designed to help everyone enjoy the most comfortable and relaxing stay possible. 🌸
By booking your stay with us, and as a friendly reminder, this reflects the agreement made when you selected “Finalize Booking” in the Payment Information section, at which time you also acknowledged and accepted our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. 🥐 Breakfast Service
Available: June 1 – August 31
Wake up to a delicious breakfast delivered directly to your room or suite ☕🍓
Serving Time: 8:00 am – 9:30 am
Price: $9.99 + tax per person
📝 Please place your order by 7:00 pm the evening prior so our team may prepare everything to perfection. Not available for entire inn reservations.

💲 Rates & Payments
🏖️ Summer, weekends, long weekends & holidays:
Some suites may require a 2-night minimum stay
💳 Payment Policy:
Full payment is collected 7 days prior to arrival. and 30 days for an entire inn reservations.
🧾 Damage Deposit:
A refundable damage deposit of $250 is kindly required and is pre-authorized one (1) day prior to check-in, then released the day after check-out. The entire Inn reservation the terms of the same but the amount is $1000.
To ensure a seamless arrival experience, please note that if the damage deposit is not successfully received within this timeframe, we regretfully must reserve the right to cancel the reservation, at which point all payments made will become non-refundable.
By confirming this reservation, the guest acknowledges full understanding of and agreement to this policy, and accepts these terms as an integral part of the booking arrangement.
👥 Rates are based on double occupancy
Extra guest: $20 + HST
Children under 12 stay free (must be registered)
Room capacity cannot be exceeded

⏰ Late Check-Out Fees
30+ minutes: $50
1 hour: $100
2+ hours: Full night base rate + any relocation costs for the next guest
(Late checkout does not permit staying overnight.)

🔄 Cancellation (Website Bookings Only)
We are pleased to offer a flexible cancellation policy:
🛏️ Single rooms: Full refund if cancelled 72+ hours before check-in
🏠 Multiple rooms / Full B&B bookings: Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before check-in

🚫 Children are not permitted in rooms with hot tubs
👨👩👧👦 We are happy to recommend our child-friendly rooms

🚭 Smoking Policy
🚬 Designated smoking area in the garden — please dispose of butts properly
🌿 Marijuana smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property
🚫 Smoking outside designated areas may result in a $200 charge and possible provincial fines under the Smoke-Free Places Act

🛁 Hot Tub & Room Care
When using the hot tub, please:
🚿 Shower beforehand
🧴 Do not use soaps or bath salts
🌬️ Run the fan to manage humidity
🧢 Keep the tub covered when not in use
💦 If draining is required due to misuse: $100 fee

🧼 General Room Guidelines
🐾 No pets — violation incurs $250 charge
🕯️ No candle burning
🧺 Permanent stains/damage = replacement cost
📺 Google TV provided (no cable)
💡 Please turn off lights & A/C when leaving
🌙 Quiet hours: 10 pm – 7 am
🚗 One parking space per reservation
📱 An active phone number must be provided at all times
🧴 Cotton pads provided for makeup removal
🔑 Do not share your room code
🧊 Please remove all personal food from the fridge before checkout
